SCORPIO EASHOOK LANYARD RECALL
We have been informed that Petzl have issued a product recall today, regarding the following products only:
SCORPIO EASHOOK L060BA00 lanyard, sold individually KIT VIA FERRATA EASHOOK: K029DA00 and K029DA01
Only lanyards manufactured and delivered since January 1, 2021, and bearing serial numbers between 21A 0000000 000 and 21I 9999999 999, are affected.
Papertrail have identified 25 accounts and over 200 records affected by this safety alert within our customer database.
If you have one of these these particular devices in your inventory, please stop using it immediately. For more information, please see the recall notice here.

After high demand, a new option has been added so you can choose to create the general export in landscape or portrait format.
When creating a general export you can now choose to view it as landscape or portrait. This means when exporting a large amount of data you can fit more on each page.

What's New!
Once you have created your certificate, navigate to the record activity on the right-hand side within the record. Click on the "i" button next to Created Certificate to open the certificate.
Click on the Share button. From there, you will be able to type in email addresses manually. You can share the certificate with multiple email addresses at a time.
You can also share the certificate from the Activities Tab by clicking on the certificate activity. The Help Article about How To Share a Certificate can be found here.
You can now find a whopping 806 new Beal products from their pro and sport range in our Directory!
Don't forget to check our Directory when importing records into your account! Imported records come with manufacturer product data, pictures and digital documents.

To ensure you can continue to use checklists during inspections on the mobile applications, please update to version 2.18.3.
The Android and iOS versions are both available in the app stores now.
Remember to fully sync the application before carrying out inspections to ensure that your accounts are up to date. If you’re not sure how to do this check out this help article.
